Guillermo Magallón - Dancer

Dancer, choreographer and teacher. Guillermo was born in 1991, in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. He is a graduate of  Escuela Profesional de Danza de Mazatlán under the direction of Delfos Dance Company. In 2021 he wins Best Male Dancer and his choreography "Verme Hondo" received Honorable Mention, both in the Hector Chávez Choreography Contest in Culiacán, Sinaloa. In 2013, he wins Best Male Dancer in the XVIII Contemporary Choreography Contest in Hermosillo, Sonora. 
 
He is awarded with the National Fund for the Arts grant to collaborate as a dancer in the renowned Centro de Producción de Danza Contemporánea (CEPRODAC) where he danced for six years and formed part of creations by Raúl Parrao (Mexico), Iratxe Ansa (Spain), Damien Jalet (France-Belgium), amongst others. He has participated as choreographer and dancer in more than 20 productions, presenting is work in theaters and festivals in Mexico, France, Germany, Cuba and Costa Rica. 
 
In 2021 Guillermo founded the contemporary dance company Paquidermo Danza.
 
Guillermo regularly collaborates with Laleget Danza as dancer since 2020.
